Messina’s Catering & Events was honored once again to support the Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s annual Throwdown Weekend in Destin, Florida. The event featured a lively mix of golf, crawfish boils, exclusive wine auctions, and the crowd-favorite BBQ Throwdown Competition.
Led by Executive Chef Mark Daniels, the Messina’s team proudly partnered with Chef Emeril Lagasse to raise funds for the foundation’s culinary, nutrition, and arts programs, which benefit youth across the country. It was a fun-filled weekend for a great cause, and Messina’s was proud to be part of the action.
