Messina’s serves as the exclusive food and beverage provider to many prominent facilities in the New Orleans area including conference centers, hotels, performing arts centers, and sports venues. At these facilities, Messina’s manages the day-to-day food and beverage operations. This includes bringing in our own staff, developing custom menus, managing vendors, purchasing all supplies and preparing and serving all food and beverages. In some cases, we also make a capital investment into certain spaces in order to improve back-of-house and/or front-of-house revenue potential.
