Messina’s Partners With NOCHI to Help Train the Next Generation of Culinary Talent

We are proud to celebrate Cameron Williams, a 2024 extern from the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), who successfully completed his training with Messina’s Catering & Events.  Under the mentorship of our esteemed chefs Mark Daniels, Marc Lee, and Dale Ambrose, Cameron honed his skills in banquet preparation, event coordination, and the intricate operations of both venue-based and commissary catering. Throughout his externship, Cameron demonstrated an eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to the craft—qualities that are essential for success in the ever-evolving world of culinary arts and hospitality. The Messina’s Team greatly appreciates his dedication and professionalism, and we have no doubt that he will continue to make meaningful contributions to the Hospitality Industry.
