Messina’s has launched a new online ordering website for its long-running Gourmet-To-Go program, making it easier than ever to enjoy chef-prepared dishes for cozy family dinners, social gatherings, office lunches, and corporate events. A staple of the brand for more than 60 years, Gourmet-To-Go features family favorites Messina’s has served to generations of clients.

Customers place orders at least four days in advance, select a preferred pickup date and time at checkout, and receive dishes made fresh and packaged in clearly labeled foil pans or trays with simple storage and reheating instructions. After the first purchase, the system remembers past orders, making reorders quick and convenient.

Guest favorites include Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, BBQ Shrimp & Gouda Grits, Messina’s Cocktail Meatballs, Crispy Boudin Balls, Cajun Petite Meat Pies, Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, Homestyle Mac ’n’ Cheese, Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts, and White Chocolate Bread Pudding.

Seasonal take-home holiday favorites will also be available.

Pickup is at the Messina’s Catering & Events Main Commissary (916 Dakin Street, Jefferson, LA 70121). Upon arrival, customers should proceed to the loading dock and ring the bell at the side door; a team member will bring the order to the vehicle.
