Messina’s Catering & Events has expanded into a new 16,000-square-foot commissary, further elevating our ability to deliver high-quality catering services in New Orleans, LA.  The new facility brings Messina’s kitchen, office, and warehouse operations under one roof, improving efficiency, streamlining logistics, and providing room to expand as the company continues to grow.

This investment allows Messina’s to standardize recipes for consistency across all events, optimize bulk ordering and storage, and enhance overall operations. A key feature of the new commissary is its disaster-readiness infrastructure, including a backup generator that ensures continued service during hurricanes, freezes, and power outages. A large loading dock also enables multiple deliveries simultaneously, improving supply chain efficiency.
