This investment allows Messina’s to standardize recipes for consistency across all events, optimize bulk ordering and storage, and enhance overall operations. A key feature of the new commissary is its disaster-readiness infrastructure, including a backup generator that ensures continued service during hurricanes, freezes, and power outages. A large loading dock also enables multiple deliveries simultaneously, improving supply chain efficiency.
