The NOMA is the oldest fine arts museum in the city of New Orleans. It features an impressive permanent collection of more than 40,000 objects, making it one of the top art museums in the south. It originally opened in 1911, and is situated within beautiful City Park. It’s surrounded by the 12-acre Sydney and Walda Bestoff Sculpture Garden.
