Messina’s Catering & Events is proud to recognize Stephanie Chapman as the Employee of the Quarter at the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center for July 2024!
With over 19 years of dedication, Stephanie has been an integral part of our team since joining Messina’s in 2004 as a Concession Worker and Banquet Server. Over the years, she has worked her way up to Stand Manager and Catering Banquet Captain, overseeing front-of-house staffing for some of the venue’s most high-profile events, including Mardi Gras Balls, Louisiana Volleyball and Wrestling State Championships, concerts, trade shows, and elegant galas.
Stephanie is known for her exceptional customer service, leadership, and attention to detail, earning admiration from corporate and social clients alike. She is not only a key player in executing flawless events but also serves as a mentor and inspiration to her colleagues across the company.
Outside of work, Stephanie cherishes time with her three sons and four grandchildren, embracing her role as a proud MawMaw and spending time with her large extended family.
