Messina’s Catering & Events had the privilege of participating in the event that kicked off the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Carnivale du Vin this year.  The event, which took place at the Dr. John Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy, was an incredible success and helped to further the Foundation’s mission to create opportunities to inspire, mentor, and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition, and arts education.  We were honored to be a part of this meaningful event, where renowned Chef Dana D’Anzi Tuohy and the talented Culinary Students at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) prepared an exquisite menu. Their culinary skills were showcased as they crafted delectable dishes that delighted the guests’ taste buds.
