As Covid-19 vaccinations rise and new case numbers fall, New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell announced an easing of restrictions on March 10, 2021–welcome news for those craving the chances to get together again. As New Orleans enters a modified Phase 3 of its reopening plans, Restaurants and businesses are allowed 75% occupancy under new guidelines, and live entertainment is allowed indoors again at bars and venues. Gatherings of up to 75 people indoors and 150 people outdoors are also now allowed.
